Evaluations Perron's Appraisals began its operations in 2000. We now have 2 offices to serve you better; 14 Central Street, Campbellton, NB E3N1Z7 and at 16 A, Boul Inter Provincial, Pointe a la Croix, Quebec G0C1L0. In the beginning, the company offered services in the automobile sector to insurance and private individuals. Over the years, the company has diversified into real property valuations of all types of structures, vacant land and commercial properties as well. Our appraiser, Jean Paul Perron, DAC, ASA, IFAS, Certified Appraisal Reviewer has received many professional designations over the years which gave him the edge in the industry. Our services are provided both in French and in English. Jean Paul was the former Atlantic Director on the board of directors for the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers (CNAREA) till 2011, former North Shore Representative of the board of directors of the New Brunswick Association of Real Estate Appraisers (NBAREA) till 2013 and the former the VP and the former President of NBAREA for 2014-2015.
